By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The operator of PS2ools.co.uk is in no way responsible for damage caused to yours or anyone else's property.
  2. All credit/debit card payments are made through a third party (e.g. PayPal / NOCHEX) and therefore any issues relating to a card must be taken up with the appropriate party.
  3. No guarantees in relation to time frame of delivery are made in connection with any postage method.
  4. If an inappropriate postage method is chosen, the operator of PS2ools.co.uk may choose a different method for you, without refunding the original choice.
  5. If standard delivery is chosen, no complaints can be made about non-delivery. For guaranteed receipt, select recorded or special delivery.
  6. Delivery of international orders is not guaranteed for orders of value less than £10 (ten GBP).
  7. If an item is out of stock or is no longer stocked, an equivalent item may be provided.
  8. Once an order has been dispatched, you are no longer entitled to cancel the order.
  9. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may send the items back in their original condition for a partial refund at the discretion of the operator of PS2ools.co.uk. Refunds are normally issued at 90% of the item cost, less postage.
  10. Return postage is always paid by the customer.
  11. As PS2ools.co.uk does not operate under UK law, customers agree to forfeit their statutory rights in favour of these terms and conditions
